What to know before you begin.
Is this another career assessment?
No. Clarity Dojo can start with an assessment result, but its job is different: help the student investigate whether a possibility holds up against real evidence.
Why can't students just use ChatGPT or Google?
AI and search can describe a career. Clarity Dojo structures the investigation, separates online information from firsthand evidence, preserves what the student learns, and connects that evidence to the next useful action.
Who can see a student's investigation?
Institutional staff access depends on the implementation. Students can also grant scoped access to a trusted supporter for one investigation. That supporter does not receive a school roster or counselor-only controls, and the student can revoke access.
What about student privacy and FERPA?
Privacy and student data are part of implementation planning.
Clarity Dojo's Privacy Policy explains baseline data practices, including staff access, trusted-support sharing, AI processing, retention, and deletion. Use of Clarity Dojo does not automatically make an institution FERPA compliant.
Before a pilot, institutions can review any additional data privacy agreement, consent, retention, procurement, security, or policy requirements that apply to their students.
